Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations in our luxury hotel.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of guest complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide personalized services and exceed guest expectations.
Front Office Operations
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Office team, including Guest Relation Supervisors, Guest Relation Agents, and Lobby Hostesses.
  • Monitor and control front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient use of hotel systems and technology.
Leadership and Development
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and customer service within the Front Office team.
  • Identify and develop training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements


• University degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in Front Office management in a luxury hotel environment.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.


• Proficient in hotel management systems and technology.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
