About the Role

Oerlikon is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering the complete recruitment process, managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout, and providing solutions to recruitment challenges.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, including writing and publishing job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and conducting tests and assessments where required.
  • Act as an expert on the market and advise stakeholders and HR colleagues on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through business networks, job boards, and other channels.
  • Develop effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing candidates, ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure an effective and efficient recruiting process.
  • Support recruitment and social media related projects, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Employer Branding activities.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Gain an understanding of business requirements and develop strategies to successfully seek out relevant candidates.
  • Build candidate pipelines by researching and contacting universities, employment agencies, and internet sites.
  • Build talent pools for future reference and support regional HR colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience with high volume recruiting strategies required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with web-based recruiting tools such as SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in active sourcing of candidates and comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Telephone experience in interviewing or customer service, with a proven ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Expert level interview coordination skills and managing scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English is a must.
