PIRELLI DIGITAL SOLUTIONS CENTER
Our newly established Digital Solutions Center in Bari focuses on digital innovation, enhancing our internal capabilities in strategic areas. Employees at this center engage in the creation of software and algorithms that support advanced planning, manufacturing, and marketing processes for our tire products globally.

KEY PROJECTS
Among the pivotal initiatives at the Digital Solutions Center is the enhancement of our Big Data platform, which facilitates the collection, transformation, and analysis of data across various ecosystems. This platform enables the development of algorithms that expedite product development, improve quality, maximize machine efficiency, and create new digital services. Furthermore, with the advent of the Industrial Internet of Things, we aim to optimize our supply chain through predictive demand modeling and enhance production processes.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Front End Developer will be an integral part of the Digital Solutions Center, responsible for devising effective and scalable solutions throughout the software development lifecycle for data-driven and cloud-based products.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and develop both Front-End and Back-End components for web applications.
* Refactor and optimize prototypes into production-ready products, adhering to best development practices.
* Monitor and maintain products using DevOps methodologies.
* Keep the development stack aligned with industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
* Proficient in front-end frameworks such as Angular and React.
* Familiarity with backend programming languages, particularly Python.
* Knowledge of database query languages including PostgreSQL, SQL/Server, and PL/SQL.
* Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
* Understanding of Scrum development methodologies.
