Job Overview

The EBS Transformation Leader plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. This position is responsible for collaborating with site lean champions and influencing leadership to embrace and implement lean methodologies effectively.


• Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate current quality metrics to identify areas for enhancement and process optimization.


• Process Improvement: Analyze existing manufacturing workflows to uncover opportunities for advancements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency through lean problem-solving techniques.


• Team Leadership: Effectively lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to achieve desired outcomes.


• Results-Driven Approach: Utilize EBS tools and change management strategies to drive continuous improvement and exceptional results.


• Strategic Support: Assist various business functions in establishing and meeting Strategy Deployment and Daily Management goals.


• Progress Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on improvement initiatives using established Key Performance Indicators.


• Training and Coaching: Provide both formal and informal EBS training, adapting tools as necessary to enhance results.


• Certification Goals: Attain Problem Solving Process (PSP) Train-the-Trainer Certification and Master Black Belt certification in at least one additional EBS tool.


• Guidance in Implementation: Offer coaching and support in the deployment of EBS processes and tools.


Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:


• A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, although other relevant degree programs with substantial experience may be considered.
