About the Role

IRCA Group, a leading international B2B provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and gelato markets, is seeking a Product Costing Controller to support operational management in compliance with Group standards, rules, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Product Costing and Standard Costing across Plant Controllers and Senior Management.
  • Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.
  • Provide analysis and deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective commercial procedures to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered.
  • Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams.
  • Harmonize and standardize financial monitoring of production sites via KPIs and reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and lead the industrial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
  • Education: Preferable degree and background in economics or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Skills: Excellent controlling and communication skills, experience as an industrial controller or Product Costing controller, and backgrounds in industry, ideally food industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficient English.
  • Computer Skills: ERP implementation experience is a plus, exposure or knowledge of Infor M3 appreciated.
  • Background: Experience in industrial sector, knowledge of EIF and FIFO calculation, and familiarity with manufacturing performance analysis.
  • Behavioural requirements: Additional skills around relationship building, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution, and presentation skills would be a distinct advantage.
