Learning & Development Operations Manager - Strategic Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Operations Manager to join our team at Technip Energies Abu Dhabi. This role will report directly to the Global Learning Operations Manager and will be based in Rome.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Translate Corporate Upskilling Strategy: Define and implement a roadmap for upskilling in the cluster and centers in scope.
  2. Develop Learning and Development Plans: Collaborate with senior managers to develop learning and development plans, including training needs analysis.
  3. Lead Learning and Development Personnel: Plan work, monitor performance, and lead learning and development personnel.
  4. Design and Implement Learning Programs: Collaborate internally and externally to lead the design and implementation of learning programs and interventions.
  5. Implement Global Learning Programs: Lead the implementation of global learning programs as directed by T.EN University.
  6. Promote Learning Programs: Promote learning programs and content to ensure engagement and adoption with all relevant stakeholders.
  7. Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage third-party contracts for the delivery of learning and training services.
  8. Develop and Monitor Learning Budgets: Develop and monitor learning budgets, systems, and processes to effectively manage and monitor learning activity.
  9. Ensure Compliance: Ensure learning services are compliant with local and global regulations and standards.
  10. Represent Learning & Development: Lead representative for Learning & Development at internal and external quality audits.
  11. ESG Strategy: Ensure development and deployment processes are in line with our ESG strategy and provide fair access of opportunity for all.
  12. Manage Industrial Funds: Manage/Supervise Industrial Funds Reimbursable Training Plans ensuring budget not expiring and yearly reimbursements.
  13. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure correct reporting of L&D Activities/Hours for local requirements.
  14. External Relationships: Ensure and expand relationships with Universities and other external training institutions.
  15. Onboarding and Apprenticeship: Onboarding and supervise Apprenticeship training (law) 40 hours training delivered by third party.
  16. Coordination with Stakeholders: Coordination with P&C main stakeholders (OC HRD, HRBPS, OCs in scope, GLOM/LOMs).
