The Role of Tech Co-Founder / CTO

As the Tech Co-Founder / CTO, you will play a crucial role in the founding team of Founders Factory. You will spearhead the technological vision, oversee engineering execution, and cultivate a high-performing tech team. Your entrepreneurial spirit and technical acumen will propel the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform's functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Establish and execute the technology strategy, making critical decisions regarding architecture, infrastructure, and technology stack.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented engineering team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with the product team to design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and features that cater to our users' needs.
  • AI Implementation: Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize various aspects of the platform.
  • Scalability and Security: Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and capable of managing large volumes of data while maintaining optimal performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including investors and partners, to align technological initiatives with business objectives.
