Zappos is looking for a Site Marketing Associate to join our Brand Marketing team to support the strategic planning and execution of our daily site content, editorial initiatives, and sitewide promotions. The right candidate will be detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and have an ability to partner across teams successfully and effectively. This individual will assist in the management of site content and strategy planning. They will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, an ability to work quickly and under pressure, and be able to work in close collaboration with Editorial, Creative (Design & Art Direction), Content Development, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech teams.The role is 100% onsite in office (Madison, WI or New York).Key Job ResponsibilitiesDrive site content calendar planning and implementation in partnership with key stakeholders across ZapposCoordinate marketing plans for major sitewide promotions, including asset management and creative brief developmentSupport COOP marketing program through strategic calendar planningPartner with Editorial, Creative, Web Content Development, and Merchandising teams to execute daily site contentDevelop and manage creative briefs for site content initiatives and promotional campaignsBuild and QA sitewide promotions using internal tools to ensure accurate executionMaintain quality control through daily site content reviews across all customer‑facing platformsGenerate actionable insights from content and campaign performance to inform future planningContribute to process improvements for calendar planning and content workflowsPartner with cross‑functional teams to implement content best practices and optimization recommendationsBasic Qualifications2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experienceExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)Experience in a marketing roleBachelor's degree in a related fieldExperience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environmentExperience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levelsExperience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environmentExperience working in a fast‑paced and highly cross‑functional organizationKnowledge of Excel and PowerPointExperience in problem solving and delivering resultsExperience communicating and presenting to senior leadershipPreferred QualificationsExperience working with a Content Management System (e.g., Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challengesExperience in the fashion industryExperience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalentAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
