Zappos is looking for a Site Marketing Associate to join our Brand Marketing team to support the strategic planning and execution of our daily site content, editorial initiatives, and sitewide promotions. The right candidate will be detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and have an ability to partner across teams successfully and effectively. This individual will assist in the management of site content and strategy planning. They will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, an ability to work quickly and under pressure, and be able to work in close collaboration with Editorial, Creative (Design & Art Direction), Content Development, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech teams. The role is 100% onsite in office (Madison, WI or New York). Key Job ResponsibilitiesDrive site content calendar planning and implementation in partnership with key stakeholders across Zappos Coordinate marketing plans for major sitewide promotions, including asset management and creative brief development Support COOP marketing program through strategic calendar planning Partner with Editorial, Creative, Web Content Development, and Merchandising teams to execute daily site content Develop and manage creative briefs for site content initiatives and promotional campaigns Build and QA sitewide promotions using internal tools to ensure accurate execution Maintain quality control through daily site content reviews across all customer‑facing platforms Generate actionable insights from content and campaign performance to inform future planning Contribute to process improvements for calendar planning and content workflows Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement content best practices and optimization recommendationsBasic Qualifications2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) Experience in a marketing role Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment Experience working in a fast‑paced and highly cross‑functional organization Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Experience in problem solving and delivering results Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadershipPreferred QualificationsExperience working with a Content Management System (e.g., Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.) Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges Experience in the fashion industry Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalentAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
