We are looking for a Legal, Compliance & ESG Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Italy.The role combines legal advisory responsibilities with oversight of compliance frameworks and the coordination and implementation of the Company’s ESG strategy, supporting sustainable and compliant growth across our renewable energy projects and corporate activities.LocationMilanResponsibilitiesLegalProvide legal advice on a broad range of matters related to renewable energy project development, construction and operationDraft, review and negotiate contracts, including agreements with landowners, external developers, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), O&M and financing contractsSupport project teams in legal risk analysis and mitigation strategies across the entire project lifecycleConduct legal due diligence activities and oversee the preparation and filing of legal and regulatory documentationComplianceEnsure compliance with applicable local and international laws and regulations relevant to the Company’s activitiesSupport the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance frameworks, policies and procedures (including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and internal controls)Act as a reference point for compliance matters, working closely with management, external advisors and auditorsESGSupport the definition, implementation and ongoing development of the Company’s ESG strategy, in line with regulatory requirements, lender expectations and best market practicesCoordinate ESG-related initiatives across the organization, working closely with technical, finance and operations teamsMonitor compliance with ESG-related regulations, standards and frameworks applicable to the renewable energy sectorContribute to ESG reporting, internal policies and sustainability initiatives, including support to ESG-related due diligence processes in financing, M&A or partnership transactionsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Law; additional education or training in compliance, sustainability or ESG topics is considered a plus3+ years of experience in legal advisory roles, preferably within the renewable energy, infrastructure or industrial sectorsSolid knowledge of civil and administrative law applicable to renewable energy projectsStrong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset, problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detailAbility to work autonomously while interacting effectively with multidisciplinary teamsFluent in Italian and EnglishSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegal#J-18808-Ljbffr
