Take a look at our handbook to discover our core values and processes. The opportunityWe are currently seeking a Legal and Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Salary32K – 36K ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective compliance programme to prevent and detect violations of legal and regulatory requirements;Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business;Provide support to internal departments by delivering in-depth analyses and legal advice;Develop and enforce policies and procedures to promote compliance throughout the organisation;Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters;Conduct internal audits and investigations to monitor and assess compliance levels;Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance requirements are fully integrated into business processes and practices.
