Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroLa Pasticceria Sandri, storica realtà artigianale fondata nel 1860 e riconosciuta come eccellenza nel suo settore, ricerca una figura professionale qualificata da inserire nel proprio team con il ruolo di Senior Sales Director nel settore del Food.Responsabilità principaliGestione dell’accoglienza e dell’assistenza alla clientela, garantendo un servizio conforme agli standard qualitativi del luogo;Conduzione delle attività di vendita e gestione della cassa;Cura dell’esposizione e del riassortimento dei prodotti, assicurando ordine e coerenza con l’identità della pasticceria;Collaborazione con la direzione per il mantenimento di un ambiente professionale ed efficiente.Requisiti richiestiEsperienza comprovata nel ruolo di Sales Assistant, preferibilmente in contesti retail premium, boutique gastronomiche o nel settore hospitality;Spiccate abilità relazionali, orientamento al cliente e capacità di gestione di situazioni complesse;Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione al dettaglio;Passione per l’eccellenza gastronomica e per i prodotti artigianali;Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festività.OffertaInserimento in un contesto professionale solido, prestigioso e orientato alla qualità;Formazione continua e possibilità di crescita interna.J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
