Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of energy communities from design and regulatory compliance to implementation and ongoing management, through dedicated software modules.Today, HexErgy supports600+ energy community projectsacrossItaly, the Netherlands, and Colombia , and is actively expanding intothe United States, Spain, France, Germany, and Portugal .Role Description We are seeking aFractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)who isdeeply passionate about sustainability and the energy transition , and who wants to apply senior marketing leadership to generate real‑world impact. You willown marketing strategy and key decisions , lead our marketing agency, manage the internal marketing team, and ensure that HexErgy’s story consistently delivers theWOW Effectacross markets, audiences, and channels. This is a strategic, high‑impact role focused on purpose‑driven growth.What you will doOwn and define HexErgy’s global marketing strategy, with sustainability and energy transition at its coreMake strategic marketing decisions and set clear prioritiesLead, challenge, and coordinate the external marketing agencyManage and mentor the internal marketing team, fostering purpose, clarity, and performanceTranslate complex energy concepts into clear, inspiring narratives for citizens and institutionsDesign and guide multi‑country go‑to‑market strategiesOversee citizen‑facing (B2C) acquisition and engagementGuide B2B, institutional, and partner marketing positioningDefine KPIs that balance growth, trust, and impactEnsure consistent messaging that delivers theWOW Effectacross all marketsSupport investor, institutional, and strategic communicationsWho you are10+ years of experiencein senior marketing leadership roles5+ years in cleantech, energy, climate tech, or B2B SaaSProven experience managing both B2C and B2B marketing strategiesStrong track record in international marketing for growing companiesGenuinely passionate about sustainability and the energy transitionExperience leading agencies and internal teamsComfortable operating in regulated and multi‑country environmentsStrategic, decisive, and purpose‑drivenWhat we offerFractional, part‑time engagement ( ~8 hours per week )Fully remoteStrategic leadership with focused, high‑impact involvementThe opportunity to shape how sustainability is communicated globallyDirect influence on international expansion decisionsCollaboration with founders who believe deeply in impactAutonomy, trust, and a clearly defined scope#J-18808-Ljbffr
