CATL's EV battery consumption volume has ranked No.1 in the world for eight consecutive years and global energy storage battery shipment has also ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.Responsibilities Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products responsible for.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.Reporting & ForecastingProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional AlignmentWork closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (
