Now we are on a mission to scale this technology globally. To do so, we are looking for a People Operations Manager to support our COO in building and running scalable people processes across HR operations, hiring, compensation & benefits, and people programs. What are we looking for? We’re looking for a hands‑on People Operations Manager to keep our people engine running smoothly as we grow. You will join the Operations team and report to the COO, owning day‑to‑day HR operations (offers and contracts, onboarding and offboarding, welfare, compliance) and acting as a reference point for managers and employees on people processes. You will also coordinate our hiring process, from job postings and early screening steps to supporting later interview stages. Your work will bring structure, clarity and visibility to everything related to people at indigo.ai. Key Responsibilities: Own day‑to‑day HR operations: job offers, contracts, onboarding and termination operations, internship & apprenticeship activations, and related documentation Manage the relationship and workflows with our labor consultant and payroll provider (bonuses, welfare, fringe benefits, leaves, disability hiring, strikes, etc.). Support and coordinate the end‑to‑end Hiring Process: create and manage job postings on the ATS, handle hiring requests and candidate pipelines, run the first screening steps (ATS review and 1st calls), and coordinate later‑stage interviews, assessments and offers, ensuring consistency across teams and a smooth candidate experience.
