Trainee Lawyer/Lawyer, Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance

We are currently recruiting a talented lawyer or an experienced trainee lawyer to join our Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance practice within the Finance, Projects and Restructuring department in Rome, Italy. You will work with all types of entities on their domestic and international finance transactions and matters – including alternative capital providers corporations, banks, international financial institutions, governments, investment funds and private investors. Key Areas of ResponsibilityYou will undertake a broad variety of work that will cover our core Debt Capital Markets and Structured services Assisting banks, financial institutions, funds, corporate companies and other private investors in connection to the issuance of a wide range of securities (bonds, covered bonds, structured notes, securitized derivatives) either private placed or public offered or offered to the public and related admission to trading on regulated and non-regulated markets Advising clients in setting up platforms for the issuance (for retail and institutional investors) and listing on regulatory and non-regulatory markets, of a wide range of debt financial instruments such as bonds, covered warrants and derivativesSkills And ExperienceItalian qualified lawyer with great academic results We do not set up upper or lower limits of PQE for our vacancies, however we think that candidates having between 1- and 2- years’ experience are likely to have the right level of expertise to undertake the role We are also interested in evaluating a brilliant and experienced trainee lawyer who will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2027 Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English Previous experience in Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance matters Service-minded, organized and able to meet deadlines Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellenceAbout Us We're a global law firm helping our clients achieve their goals wherever they do business.
