Research Center Executive Assistant - Biostimulants Division Location: Atessa Research Center, ItalyPosition Type: 12-month contract with possibility of permanent positionWork Model: Hybrid Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills eager to join a dynamic research environment? We're seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Biostimulants Research division at the Atessa Research Center. About the Role: As Executive Assistant for Biostimulants Research, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations through collaboration with procurement, finance, and administration teams. You'll serve as a key facilitator of cross-functional collaboration across multiple units. Key Responsibilities: Manage team time-sheet reporting and project hours tracking Support procurement processes (quotations, purchase orders, tender requests) Assist with research site operations and international visitor access Support budget preparation and monitoring Coordinate site management needs (maintenance, supplies) Handle administrative documentation for internal/external projects Support execution of collaboration agreements and contracts Required Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Proficient English communication skills Advanced MS Office skills ERP systems knowledge (plus) Understanding of basic budgeting principles (plus) Experience in procurement, administration, or finance support (plus) Experience in cross-functional coordination (plus) What We're Looking For: Positive and proactive approach Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle urgent requests Strong stakeholder management skills High level of integrity for confidential information handling Team player with excellent communication abilities Process-oriented mindset What We Offer: Dynamic international work environment Collaboration with cutting-edge research teams Flexible hybrid working model Professional development opportunities Join us in shaping the future of agricultural innovation Syngenta is an equal opportunity employer.
