We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & External Relations Associate to join our growing team.This entry-level role combines marketing communication, partnership outreach, event coordination, and the tracking of grants and public calls.It is ideal for a proactive individual eager to grow in a dynamic international environment at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and innovation.Contract: Freelance / Independent contractor (Partita IVA required)Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CommunicationSupport content creation for website, newsletters, and social media (Linked In, You Tube, etc.)Assist in preparing marketing materials, press releases, and promotional campaignsContribute to the design and coordination of digital assets (visuals, presentations, infographics)Monitor performance of communication channels and prepare analytics reports External Relations & EventsResearch and map relevant exhibitions, conferences, and industry events for participationCoordinate logistics and materials for company representation at external eventsMaintain and update the database of partners, institutions, and media contactsRepresent the company in events, fairs, and online sessions when required Grants, Public Calls & PartnershipsResearch, monitor, and track relevant grants, accelerators, and public funding opportunities (EU, Swiss, and international)Support in preparing application materials and documentation for selected callsCoordinate with internal teams to gather technical and marketing inputs for submissionsMaintain a calendar of funding deadlines and update the team on new opportunitiesSupport outreach and communication with institutional partners and networks (Swiss Sustainable Finance, EFRAG, etc.) Profile & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Sustainability, or related fieldExcellent writing and communication skills in English (French or Italian is an asset)Strong interest in sustainability, innovation, and technologyFamiliarity with Google SEO, Linked In, Canva, and Mailchimp (or similar platforms)Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentResearch skills and ability to identify funding or partnership opportunitiesProactive, positive attitude with strong teamwork and coordination abilities
