Contact Center Operations & Vendor Manager - Giussano Azienda Azienda operante nel settore fmcgOfferta La risorsa si inserirà in un team di 10 persone ed avrà un focus sui progetti internazionali. Nello specifico si occuperà di:gestione delle relazioni con i partner/fornitori che gestiscono il customer care esternalizzatoelaborazione delle previsioni operative e definizione delle esigenze di personale per il customer care esternalizzato, in funzione dei carichi attesi e degli obiettivi di servizio (SLA)analisi dei KPIdefinizione delle previsioni di budget e monitoraggio delle discrepanze tra risultati e targetinterfaccia con i Team Leader dei vendor e con il Team Globalgestione dei training da erogare ai vendorsvolgimento di analisi approfondite su criticità operative e gestire escalation verso i team competenti, definendo e implementando piani correttivi mirati.Competenze ed esperienza La risorsa inserita nel ruolo di Contact Center Operations & Vendor Manager ha un'esperienza pregressa di 4 anni nel ruolo.
