Modella il futuro del business e della tecnologia sviluppando soluzioni all’avanguardia in grado di generare nuovo valore.Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettiveGuidare progetti e team internazionali nella trasformazione digitale della Supply Chain, con un focus specifico sul settore automotive e mobility.Affiancare CSCO/COO e i loro partner commerciali nell’affrontare sfide strategiche legate a:Fulfillment e distribuzione end‑to‑end, con un focus su efficienza, resilienza e customer experience;Progettazione e ottimizzazione del network logistico e distributivo;Disegno e implementazione di modelli Order‑to‑Cash;Ottimizzazione dei sistemi di gestione magazzino (WMS) e trasporti (TMS);Sviluppo di modelli di business 3PL/4PL e strategie di outsourcing operativo.Contribuire alla reinvention della supply chain automotive, attraverso lo sviluppo di strategie di Fulfillment e Transportation, integrate con le specificità dei diversi segmenti del mondo automotive e supportando la transizione verso modelli più sostenibili e resilienti.Guidare team di consulenti, sviluppare nuove opportunità di business e contribuire attivamente alla crescita della practice.RequisitiEsperienza di almeno 8‑10 anni in progetti di Supply Chain Transformation con forte esposizione a tematiche di fulfillment, distribuzione e logistica nel settore automotive.Conoscenza approfondita dei processi Order‑to‑Cash, Warehousing e Transportation e dei principali sistemi a supporto.Capacità di leadership, motivazione a lavorare in contesti internazionali e orientamento al risultato.Laurea magistrale e inglese fluente.Informazioni aggiuntiveAccenture garantisce le pari opportunità.Employment type: Full‑timeSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelJob function: Strategy/Planning and ConsultingIndustries: Business Consulting and ServicesSe desideri prepararti al meglio al nostro processo di selezione, ti invitiamo a consultare la nostra sezione FAQ: Qualora il tuo percorso di selezione andasse a buon fine, avrai la possibilità di aderire all’accordo di smart working, ove compatibile con l’attività svolta, e lavorare da remoto secondo quanto previsto dalle policy aziendali.
