Lilla S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un/a Finance Manager che, a diretto riporto della Direzione Generale e della Proprietà, si occuperà di:Garantire la corretta gestione contabile delle aziende del gruppo e coordinare la redazione del bilancio d’esercizio in collaborazione con gli studi fiscali esterni.Redigere le policy contabili, interfacciandosi con internal ed external auditors per validare procedure e sistemi di controllo, monitorandone l’efficace applicazione.Analizzare gli scostamenti tra obiettivi programmati e risultati ottenuti, individuando cause e proponendo interventi migliorativi sulla gestione aziendale e sulla strategia di medio termine.Gestire il reporting verso le diverse funzioni aziendali e verso l’esterno.Coordinare e monitorare il cash flow del gruppo.Garantire la corretta contabilizzazione delle operazioni e mettere a disposizione la documentazione fiscale e civilistica necessaria.Guidare lo sviluppo e l’implementazione del controllo di gestione e dei sistemi amministrativi e finanziari, proponendo miglioramenti ai processi e alle procedure.Gestire i rapporti con gli Istituti di Credito, supervisionare i flussi di cassa e supportare la pianificazione finanziaria di lungo periodo.Solide conoscenze di economia aziendale, contabilità, bilancio, analisi di bilancio, tematiche fiscali e civilistiche.Familiarità con procedure contabili, principi contabili e sistemi ERP.Esperienza in pianificazione economico-finanziaria e utilizzo di strumenti di budgeting e forecasting.Esperienza in operazioni di M&A e capacità di elaborare Business Plan e valutazioni economico-finanziarie a supporto delle decisioni strategiche.Competenza nello sviluppo e implementazione del controllo di gestione, con particolare riferimento a modelli di contabilità analitica e reporting.Laurea in discipline economiche; gradito Master in Business Administration.Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi presso aziende di medie/grandi dimensioni.Preferibile background in società di revisione o studi professionali di dottori commercialisti.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Spiccate capacità analitiche, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio.Orientamento agli obiettivi, anche in condizioni di elevato carico di lavoro.Attitudine al problem solving con approccio pratico e orientato alle soluzioni.#J-18808-Ljbffr
