We are looking for a passionate candidate who has good interpersonal and organizational skills and believes to have the propensity for relationships with customers.What will you be doing?Detailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate it enthusiastically.Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.Inform guests of specials and menu changes.Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations.Supervise the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course.Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
