Reports to:Head of Technical Documentation What you will doYou will support the department withactivity planningand with theretrieval, management, and archivingof inbound and outbound information. At times, you may also be involved in thedrafting/updating of technical documents . Key responsibilitiesSupport the planning and coordination of department activities Manage information flows (collection, organization, distribution) Retrieve and archive documentation (order, traceability, updates) Collaborate with internal stakeholders on priorities, deadlines, and alignment Occasional drafting/updating of technical documentation Who we are looking forExperience:2–3 years Previous experience indocumentation-related activitiesand/oroffice coordinationis required. RequirementsEducation:High school diploma (a university degree is not required) Software: InDesign:intermediate/advanced (M/S) MS Office Suite:intermediate (M) Communication and mediation skills Planning and organizational skills Precision and attention to detail Contract & termsGoal:permanent employment (open-ended contract) Working hours:Full time (8:00/8:30 – 17:00/17:30) The search is open to candidates of all genders (Italian Legislative Decree 903/77).
