La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo del Sistema di Gestione Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), garantendo la sicurezza dei lavoratori, la conformità normativa e la promozione di pratiche sostenibili all’interno dell’organizzazione.Responsabilità principaliDefinire, implementare e aggiornare politiche, procedure e standard HSE aziendali.Coordinare e supervisionare le attività del team HSE.Garantire la conformità normativa secondo D. Lgs. 81/08, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 e altri standard applicabili.Condurre audit interni ed esterni, ispezioni e monitoraggi periodici.Analizzare incidenti, near miss e infortuni, predisponendo piani di azione correttiva e preventiva.Gestire la formazione obbligatoria e specifica dei lavoratori su sicurezza, salute e ambiente.Supportare la valutazione dei rischi e la gestione dei fornitori/ditte esterne in ottica HSE.Monitorare KPI HSE e produrre reportistica periodica per la Direzione.Promuovere una cultura della sicurezza e della sostenibilità all’interno dell’azienda.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria della Sicurezza, Ambientale, Tecniche della Prevenzione o titoli equivalenti.Esperienza consolidata di almeno 5 anni in ruoli HSE, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o multi-utility. Conoscenza approfondita di D. Lgs. 81/08, normative ambientali e sistemi di gestione ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.Capacità di leadership, gestione team e project management.Ottime competenze comunicative, organizzative e relazionali.Proattività, orientamento al problem solving e miglioramento continuo.
