You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. Your role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences in one of the most iconic luxury resorts in Europe.ResponsibilitiesManaging daily F&B operations across multiple outlets and banqueting venues.Ensuring the highest service and quality standards aligned with the hotel’s brand valuesWorking closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine menu concepts and dining experiencesMonitoring financial performance, cost control, and revenue targets to achieve departmental goalsCoordinating closely with Sales, Events, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiencesManaging supplier relationships and supporting local sourcing initiativesQualificationsPrevious experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.Proven track record in managing large teams and multiple outlets simultaneouslySolid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue managementFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)Passion for luxury hospitality, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional guest experiencesBenefitsA prestigious leadership position in one of Europe’s most iconic luxury resorts.Opportunity to shape the Food & Beverage identity of a historic Venetian propertyCareer growth and development opportunities within the luxury hospitality sectorReady to lead the F&B operations of San Clemente Palace Venice?#J-18808-Ljbffr
