By connecting buyers and sellers through cutting-edge technology, we empower seamless car trading experiences across Europe.Our trusted brands, including AUTO1.com, Autohero.com, and Noicompriamoauto.it, are transforming the automotive industry.Descrizione del lavoroFor the Autohero brand, we are looking for a Head of Sales Retail responsible for managing and leading the sales force dedicated to the B2C market.QualificheManage a team of Team Leaders, supporting them in their work with inside sales representatives responsible for the telephone sales of used cars.Oversee the sales team’s performance by monitoring key KPIs such as outbound and inbound calls; develop an organized structure for outbound calls, defining precise intervals for lead follow-ups and ensuring process effectiveness.Continuously monitor existing KPIs, identify new success metrics, and ensure the teams meet the defined targets.Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and implement targeted corrective actions.Provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve the skills and performance of Team Leaders and inside sales representatives.Collaborate with other company departments to ensure efficient workflows aligned with strategic goals.Create clear and structured reports to present sales results and improvement initiatives.RequirementsExperience: At least 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in telephone sales or a similar environment.Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of Team Leaders and sales representatives, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.Data-driven approach: Excellent ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions based on quantitative insights.KPI knowledge: Experience in defining, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs for sales teams.Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.Languages: Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English.What We OfferThe opportunity to work in a leading company in the used car sector.A dynamic, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous training.A competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses.Informazioni aggiuntiveThe place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Italy, at Via Perin Del Vaga 2, Milano and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
