COM - an international award-winning travel tech organization is looking for top talent Operation FIT specialist in Travel Industry to join our global team. * Please apply only if you're fluent in Italian + English Job description: Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc., Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Receiving incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requests Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using out-going call to find and agree on best resolutions. Creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Operating a few online systems at once, providing service to travel agents. Responsible to solve operational and administration cases/tasks from A-Z Qualifications: Service oriented persona with high communication skills Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented work style, solving problems. Can control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiently solve cases. Experience working B2 B with travel agents/ business professional in the industry.
