Profilo dell’azienda: Per un’importante realtà multinazionale con più di 100 anni di storia, specializzata nella progettazione e costruzione di macchine per la trafilatura, per l’implementazione di una delle loro business unit, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo da inserire all’interno del team di ufficio tecnico con focus sulla gestione di prodotti e disegno tecnico.Responsabilità:In particolare, si occuperà di: Raccogliere requisiti tecnici da ufficio tecnico, R&D e area commerciale per definire specifiche di prodotto. Configurare prodotti, varianti e processi all’interno di Salesforce (configurazione dati, non sviluppo). Analizzare disegni tecnici (2D/3D) per identificare componenti, materiali, lavorazioni e trattamenti. Preparare, aggiornare e mantenere distinte base, cicli di lavorazione e documentazione tecnica. Effettuare una prima valutazione dei costi sulla base dei disegni meccanici e dei processi produttivi. Collaborare con officina, acquisti e produzione per validare scelte tecniche e stime costi. Migliorare i processi di codifica prodotto e configurazione varianti. Gestire anagrafiche tecniche e dati prodotto all’interno dei sistemi informativi aziendali.Requisiti:Diploma di perito Meccanico. Esperienza pregressa di 2–5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo, preferibilmente presso aziende di produzione di impianti e macchinari (ufficio tecnico, industrializzazione, product engineering, configurazione prodotto, gestione distinte base, valutazione costi/lavorazioni meccaniche) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Ottima capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico. Conoscenza delle principali lavorazioni meccaniche (tornitura, fresatura, carpenteria, trattamenti). Esperienza con distinte base, cicli e processi produttivi. Familiarità con CAD 2D e gradita conoscenza CAD 3D (SolidWorks, Inventor o simili). Buona padronanza di strumenti informatici (Excel avanzato, database, gestionali).
