Head of Retail Marketing & OmnichannelSettore Retail & E-commerce | B2B e ConsumerCostruiamo il futuro del retail omnicanale.Siamo un gruppo italiano attivo nella distribuzione B2B e nel retail , con una rete di oltre 200 punti vendita affiliati e un ecosistema digitale in forte crescita, che include ecommerce diretto e brand proprietari .Stiamo attraversando una fase di trasformazione profonda , in cui fisico e digitale devono integrarsi in modo fluido, misurabile e orientato al cliente.Per questo cerchiamo un/una Head of Retail Marketing & Omnichannel , una figura capace di guidare strategia, performance e brand in un contesto moderno e omnicanale.Il ruoloAvrai la responsabilità di disegnare e guidare la strategia marketing dell’intero gruppo , lavorando sull’integrazione di:Retail fisico e network affiliatoE-commerce e canali digitaliBrand proprietariMedia, performance e CRMIn particolare:Definirai la visione marketing omnicanale , traducendola in piani concreti e misurabili.Svilupperai la crescita dell’ecommerce (acquisition, conversion, retention).Rafforzerai posizionamento e performance dei brand proprietari .Costruirai strategie di marketing retail a supporto dei punti vendita.Guiderai campagne digital e performance-driven (paid media, SEO, CRM, analytics).Coordinerai team interni e partner esterni.Gestirai budget e KPI, con forte attenzione a ROI e impatto sul business.Il profilo idealeCerchiamo un/una leader contemporaneo/a, con visione strategica e approccio operativo.5–10 anni di esperienza in marketing, digital o omnichannel.Background in retail, ecommerce, brand consumer o contesti digital-first .Ottima conoscenza di media & performance marketing, CRM e data analysis .Capacità di muoversi tra strategia, numeri e creatività.Esperienza nella gestione di team o progetti complessi.Mentalità curiosa, orientata alla crescita e all’innovazione continua.Italiano fluente, inglese operativo .Cosa offriamoUn ruolo chiave e ad alto impatto in un progetto di trasformazione reale.Ampia autonomia decisionale.Contesto dinamico, solido e in forte evoluzione.Pacchetto retributivo competitivo , commisurato all’esperienza.Se vuoi contribuire a ridisegnare il marketing del retail tra fisico e digitale, candidati ora.
