We are looking for anLCL Customer Experience Agentto join our Customer Experience team in Italy. She/He will manage the LCL import and export operations, from booking to the delivery, in compliance with all company procedures. ResponsibilitiesSupervises booking, gives quotations on LCL import and export, handles entries, completes BoL and seafreight documents; Supervise the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing; Maintains relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin, customers, and vendors; Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, both in Italian and English; Data processing and reports. QualificationsExperience in managing import / export operations is a plus; Good knowledge of MS Office; Good English and Italian command, both written and spoken; Detail orientation and hands‑on approach; Problem solving skills, willing to learn and highly responsible.
