From day one, the successful candidate will have significant exposure to senior leadership, including Managing Directors within CIB and executives from the International Banking division. The role involves close collaboration with Junior Bankers, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new corporate client acquisition and originate financing transactions in collaboration with the Sales Team and Product Specialists at the branch and headquartersLead financing transactions end-to-end, from responding to RFPs to structuring, negotiating, and executing dealsOrganize and attend meetings with senior decision-makers (Group Treasurers, CFOs, CEOs) across diverse industries such as Pharma, Food & Beverages and chemicalsLiaise with internal Branch departments (Middle Office, Credit Analyst, Legal Compliance …)Liaise with relevant HQ teams (Syndicate Desk, Project Finance, Asset Finance, Trade & Working Capital Finance, ALM Desk) to structure and close transactionsPrepare memorandums and proposals for internal stakeholdersParticipate in negotiations of structures and legal documentation for complex transactionsDevelop innovative solutions and maintain a client-driven coverage approachQualificationsUniversity degree; a Master’s or postgraduate degree is a plusMinimum 10 years of experience in a corporate client-facing role in ItalyStrong knowledge of the Italian corporate landscapeDeep product expertise and a proven track record in managing key accounts within the food & beverage and/or pharmaceutical sectors.Excellent relationships with Italian corporate decision-makers and a solid professional networkProven track record of revenue generationSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesInvestment Banking and BankingLocation: Agrate Brianza, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
