Baker Hughes is a global energy technology company serving the oil and gas sector across more than 120 countries.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the development and implementation of the marketing plan in line with the business & strategic objectives.Working closely with the product management team and solution architects – planning and developing demand generation campaign plans and tactics, complete with supporting campaign assets.Developing and executing thought leadership and content development plans.Developing, executing, and supporting sales enablement, in collaboration with product management and commercial teams, through the creation of activation assets (external) and empowerment assets (internal readiness).Conducting competitive analysis and monitoring competitor activity to enrich sales enablement and identify competitive gaps and opportunities to inform the product management team.Supporting market research and go-to-market planning to ensure Baker Hughes’ Gas services digital achieves a strong product‑market fit to deliver success and market acceptance.Experience working in a matrix structure and managing agency resources.Experience in database marketing – nice to have.QualificationsHave a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Marketing.Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in leading Commercial or Product Marketing initiatives.Have the expertise or good understanding of the various aspects of marketing – an advantage, including demand generation, content management, digital marketing, brand marketing, and communications.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
