We are seeking a dedicated Italian & English-Speaking Customer Support Agent to represent world-leading brands across diverse, fast-paced industries including Tech, E-Commerce, Travel, and Digital Services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing friendly, effective, and professional support across multiple channels.

Position Details

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Working Model: On-site / Hybrid (depending on the assigned project).
  • Work Authorization: Valid EU Citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is required.
  • Contract Type: Initial fixed-term contract with path to permanent contract (contrato sem termo).

Key Responsibilities

  • Multilingual Support: Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot inquiries, resolve product or service issues, and provide accurate, timely information.
  • Brand Advocacy: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service that reflects positively on top global brands.
  • System Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, support tickets, and resolutions in the CRM system.
