BOUTIQUE MANAGER MILAN – VIA MONTENAPOLEONE Plays anactive roleon the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving the objectives Analyzes the store’sretail performance KPIs(traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales…), identifiesbusinessopportunitiesand establishes360° action plansto tackle them Staysupdatedon thewatch industryand local market competitive environment Sets individual and collectiveobjectives , follows theperformance , and realizesreviewsof the team members Shadows andsupportsthe team members on the floor, provides immediatefeedback , develops them in their current roles Ensures team’smotivationandcohesionwhile promoting a positive, inclusive and supportive work environment Identifiesandhiresnew team members Ensures anoutstandingservice is offered to all visitors in store Embodies the Tag Heuer’sbrandvaluesand acts as a passionateBrandAmbassador Ensures thatgrooming ,attitudes , andVisual Merchandisingmeetluxury standardsandinternal guidelines Proactivelynetworksandconnectswithlocal people of influence Leads the team to developlong-term relationshipswith clients Sets and follows collective and individualclienteling objectives Ensures qualitativeclient data collectionand leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevant way Plans eventsin line with brand strategy and guidelines, coordinates all stakeholders and assesses the ROI Oversees theboutique operational processes , front and back, in line with internal guidelines Ensurescompliancewithinternalcontrolpolicy Supervises thestore expensesand maintenance ProfilePROFILE REQUIRED Management experience in a luxury retail environment Creative business driver, results-oriented Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Inspirational leader, able to coach and develop a high-performing team Client-centric mindset, focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base Agile manager, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work in various roles depending on business needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
