OverviewIl nostro cliente è un Gruppo di successo nel settore food retail.Per loro siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Logistic & Demand Specialist che, a diretto riporto del COO, avrà il compito di coordinare ed evadere gli ordini dei negozi (principalmente in Italia) e di garantire il corretto rifornimento del magazzino. Il ruolo è cruciale per sviluppare e strutturare un sistema interno di pianificazione della domanda (Demand Planning).Principali attività e responsabilitàGestione ordini (70%):Ricezione e analisi degli ordini dei punti vendita;Invio delle richieste di ordine al magazzino e monitoraggio delle spedizioni;Verifica e gestione delle segnalazioni di non conformità sulle consegne, con creazione delle relative note di credito/debito.Pianificazione della domanda (Demand Planning) per ottimizzare gli ordini futuri e strutturare l'attività logistica;Monitoraggio dello stock di magazzino e riordini per evitare rotture di stock;Ottimizzazione della rotazione della merce in magazzino;Monitoraggio della disponibilità dei prodotti verificando l'adeguata copertura per classi, stagionalità e obiettivi commerciali.Reporting e coordinamentoRealizzazione di report mensili sui principali KPI logistici (costo medio, incidenza logistica, ecc.);Esecuzione dell'inventario di magazzino;Coordinamento con l'ufficio amministrativo per il monitoraggio dei pagamenti esteri.Requisiti del ruoloEsperienza di 4/5 anni nel ruolo preferibilmente nel settore food;Competenza elevata nell'utilizzo di Excel per l'analisi dei dati e per la creazione di modelli matematici per il Demand Planning.Conoscenza dell’inglese a un livello B2.Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia, o affini;Conoscenza di Gamma per l’inserimento degli ordini.Sede di lavoroSede di lavoro: Milano (2 giorni di smart a settimana).
