We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support role covering Southern Europe. This position is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.LocationRemote (Ideally at Florence, Rome or Napoli). Location shown: Udine, IT.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with sales teams to promote the transformation of business opportunities and support business growth.Provide technical support for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) remotely and, as needed, on-site.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services.Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of support processes.QualificationsStrong background in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and related technologies.Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles in a genomics or biotech environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Remote-work capability with self-management and responsiveness to customer needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
