L’Hotel Abi d’Oru è una struttura 5 stelle situata nell’incantevole cornice del Golfo di Marinella a soli 20 minuti dall’aeroporto di Olbia SS. Dispone di 131 camere, 3 ristoranti, 3 bar, spiaggia ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, Kids Club, Spa con area umida e sauna e cabine per i trattamenti benessere, palestra, eliporto e ampio parcheggio.Per la prossima stagione 2026 siamo alla ricerca di uno / a un Sommelier esperto, responsabile della gestione della carta dei vini e del servizio al tavolo, con l’obiettivo di offrire agli ospiti un’esperienza enogastronomica raffinata e personalizzata. Collaborerai a stretto contatto con il team di sala e cucina per garantire abbinamenti perfetti e un servizio impeccabile.RequisitiEsperienza minima di 2 anni come Sommelier in hotel 5 stelle o ristoranti di alto livelloConoscenza approfondita dei vini, delle tecniche di degustazione e degli abbinamenti gastronomiciPassione per l’enologia e orientamento al clienteOttime capacità comunicative e di consulenza per guidare gli ospiti nella scelta dei viniCapacità di lavorare sotto pressione rispettando gli standard LQASpirito di squadra e collaborazione con il personale di sala e cucinaOttima conoscenza dell’inglese (altre lingue sono un plus)Flessibilità oraria con disponibilità a turni, weekend e festiviResponsabilitàGestire e aggiornare la carta dei vini, selezionando etichette di alta qualità e in linea con il menùConsigliare e guidare gli ospiti nella scelta dei vini, proponendo abbinamenti personalizzatiGestire il servizio del vino al tavolo con cura, rispettando le tecniche di degustazione e servizioCollaborare con il team di sala e cucina per ottimizzare l’esperienza enogastronomicaMonitorare le scorte e gli acquisti di vini, mantenendo il controllo del magazzinoOrganizzare eventi di degustazione e formazione per il personaleGarantire la corretta conservazione dei vini e il rispetto delle normative igienico‑sanitarieTutti i CV devono essere inviati comprensivi di fotografia, autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in conformità al Regolamento UE n. 2016 / 679 – GDPR; gli stessi saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione del personale in corso.
