Per importante Azienda Fashion basata a Milano , siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel dipartimento Customer Service & Logistic che operarà a contatto con clienti internazionali in un contesto multibrand. Tra le principali attività e respontabilità:- Gestione degli ordini , emissione ed invio delle conferme d'ordine- Creazione delle anagrafiche clienti- Gestione della spedizione della merce tramite liste di prelievo- Ciclo attivo- Gestione e monitoraggio delle spedizioni nazionali ed internazionali con generazione di documentazione per l'export- Contatto diretto e quotidiano con i clienti B2B dell'area di competenza , garantendo un'adeguata assistenza- Interfaccia con il team commerciale per la gestione del canale B2B (condizioni commerciali)- Interfaccia con i dipartimenti Credito e Contabilità per l'evasione di pagamenti, monitoraggio degli incassi e gestione degli anticipi-Contatto con il dipartimento logistico e con i corrieriProfilo:- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di Customer Service preferibilmente nel settore moda- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese- Competenze di tipo amministrativo/contabile- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel- Gradita la conoscenza dei sistemi ERPCompletano il profilo:- Proattività, precisione, dinamismo e passione- Capacità organizzative e di lavoro in team
