OverviewThe Data Governance, Reporting & Digital Platform Department operates cross-functionally with all other departments of CODIFI Srl, the Menarini Group Consortium responsible for managing Order-to-Cash and Customer Management processes for domestic and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for the development of the Digital Portal for Trade Customers, designing new services and content based on customer profiling data and a behavioral marketing approach.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesDigital Platform Development: Design and implementation of new digital services and strategic content areas.Engagement Strategy: Definition of a customer engagement approach to increase digital channel adoption.Data-Driven Insights: Analysis of customer behavior and needs to define precise profiling and segmentation for personalized marketing activities.Technical skills and toolsGood knowledge/experience on CRM Salesforce tools;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and emails;Good knowledge/experience on data analysisJob RequirementsEducation: Degree in Economics, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar roles (Digital Engagement, CRM, or Digital Marketing) is preferred.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approach.Attitude: We are looking for a dynamic, precise, and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of initiative.Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.Contract type: fixed term.#J-18808-Ljbffr
