Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroCustomer Digital Engagement AssociateThe Data Governance, Reporting & Digital Platform Department operates cross-functionally with all other departments of the Group Consortium responsible for managing Order-to-Cash and Customer Management processes for domestic and international markets.The candidate will be responsible for the development of the Digital Portal for Trade Customers, designing new services and content based on customer profiling data and a behavioral marketing approach.Activities, responsibilities and projects :Digital Platform Development: Design and implementation of new digital services and strategic content areasEngagement Strategy: Definition of a customer engagement approach to increase digital channel adoptionData-Driven Insights: Analysis of customer behavior and needs to define precise profiling and segmentation for personalized marketing activitiesTechnical skills required, knowledge of software, programmes :Good knowledge / experience on CRM Salesoforce toolsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and emailsGood knowledge / experience on data analysisJob Requirements :Education: Degree in Economics, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience: 2-3 years of experience in similar roles (Digital Engagement, CRM, or Digital Marketing) is preferredSoft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approachAttitude: We are looking for a dynamic, precise, and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of initiativeLanguages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is requiredContract type: fixed term#J-18808-Ljbffr
