Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a Customer Digital Engagement Associate The Data Governance, Reporting & Digital Platform Department operates cross-functionally with all other departments of the Group Consortium responsible for managing Order-to-Cash and Customer Management processes for domestic and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for the development of the Digital Portal for Trade Customers, designing new services and content based on customer profiling data and a behavioral marketing approach. Activities, responsibilities and projects:Digital Platform Development: Design and implementation of new digital services and strategic content areas Engagement Strategy: Definition of a customer engagement approach to increase digital channel adoption. Data-Driven Insights: Analysis of customer behavior and needs to define precise profiling and segmentation for personalized marketing activities.Technical skills required, knowledge of software, programmes:Good knowledge/experience on CRM Salesoforce tools; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and emails; Good knowledge/experience on data analysisJob Requirements:Education: Degree in Economics, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar roles (Digital Engagement, CRM, or Digital Marketing) is preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Attitude: We are looking for a dynamic, precise, and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of initiative.
