Reporting to the Material Planning Manager, the new resource will be part of the planning team in Reggio Emilia site. Opportunity to work in a young, dynamic and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
Handles troubleshooting and releases production schedules to the shop floor to manage and facilitate the daily and/or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/Operations Management for assigned production area. Deviation tracking where applicableLine stoppage risk and shortage escalationsCompetencies and BehaviorsEducation:University master degree - Industrial Engineer/Economics (Preferred)Professional background:Preferably acquired 1+ years of experience in complex manufacturingKnowledge to perform Capacity Requirements Planning, including the setup and maintenance of work centers and on-going analysis of outputsKnowledge to manage daily production plans in order to Contribute to increase customer On Time DeliveryConsidered as a plus:Good level of written and spoken EnglishSkills include attention to detail, commitment to excellence, strong ERP depth of knowledgeAllison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
