**Position Summary**

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con forti doti organizzative e di pianificazione da inserire nell‘area Supply Chain con il ruolo di **Production Planning Coordinator**presso la sede di** Reggio Emilia.**

La nuova risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Supply Chain Manager coordinando un team di 2-3 risorse.

Cerchiamo una figura appassionata dei processi di produzione.

La risorsa andrà a gestire le commesse dal punto di vista della pianificazione delle attività per rispettarne tempi e metodi di produzione.

Monitora il flusso dei materiali e identifica l’assetto ottimale per il reparto produttivo.

In accordo con il team della produzione, evidenzia eventuali carenze o colli di bottiglia al fine di garantire livelli ottimali e rispettare le scadenze degli ordini di vendita.

Avrà modo di interfacciarsi con i vari reparti aziendali al fine di rispettare i tempi prestabiliti.

**Main Responsibilities**

  • Coordina un team di 2-3 risorse
  • Pianifica l’assetto produttivo coerentemente con le esigenze del cliente
  • Monitora l’avanzamento del piano di produzione stabilito
  • Programma i fornitori di c/lavoro
  • Assicura il raggiungimento degli obiettivi previsti in termini di tempistiche di produzione e OTD

**Job Position Requirements**

Education: University master degree - Ingegneria Gestionale

Professional background

Esperienza pregressa di 3/4 anni programmazione (meglio se in contesti metalmeccanici-automotive-oleodinamici).

**Hard skills**

Essential

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale/simili
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (min. B2)
  • Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel)
  • Abilità a lavorare in team e buone capacità relazionali

Considered as a plus

  • SAP ERP ( moduli WM, MM, PP)
  • Power BI
