Are you ready to **kickstart your career** **Investor Relations & Advisory team in Milan.*** Young professional with proven experience in the financial markets industry and strong academic credentials* Previous experience related to Equity Capital Markets and/or Investor Relations required (including investment banking, equity research, equity sales, equity trading, consultancy, in-house IR)* Applicants with professional references will be prioritized* An interest in the Italian economic system would be a plus, willingness to strengthen knowledge of financial markets* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Italian knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn Italian). Additional languages are a plus* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural and complex environment, and to collaborate with colleagues* Solid understanding of - and interest in - capital markets* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail as well as project management skills* Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects.* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, ability to manage large amounts of data, knowledge of financial databases (e.g. Refinitiv, Factset, Bloomberg)* Fast learner, pro-active behaviour, and positive mindset* Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural and complex environment, and to collaborate with colleagues* An agile, innovative and dynamic company where you can make an impact* A professional experience designed for young graduates with exciting potential for international mobility and development opportunities* A vibrant international and diverse team where you'll collaborate with a network of 2,500+ talents across Europe, USA and Asia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
