Join us as an Investor Relations Advisory Analyst in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure?Euronext Corporate Solutions Pool, as part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Investor Relations Advisory team in Milan.The expected start date is 1st March or 1st of April .You will be primarily responsible for: You will be part of the team in Milan team to support the development of IR Advisory service offer among issuers both in Italy and in the rest of Europe.Reporting to a Senior Associate of the IR Advisory team, you will contribute to the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy of the roadmap in Italy and the rest of Europe for Post-Listing Advisory, Shareholder Analysis and ESG Advisory.You will be primarily responsible for : Delivering advisory support and analytics for Clients (studies; presentations; market surveillance; briefing and feedback memos, investors' ID and targeting...), accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the IR Advisory team; Monitoring Clients' investors relations activity (share capital evolution; investors' CRM management, road books, ...) and producing Clients periodic market updates and listing reports; Participating to the evolution of the services' content by identifying Clients' needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory IR Solutions – contribution in delivering Shareholder Analysis reports and support on ESG Advisory clients - and of other Corporate Solutions;
