Euronext Corporate Solutions Pool, as part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Investor Relations & Advisory team in Milan . The expected start date is 1st March or 1st of April 2026 . Primary responsibilities Deliver advisory support and analytics for Clients (studies; presentations; market surveillance; briefing and feedback memos, investors' ID and targeting), according to the quality and commitment standards of the IR Advisory team; Monitor Clients' investors relations activity (share capital evolution; investors' CRM management, road books, …) and produce Clients periodic market updates and listing reports; Participate in the evolution of the services' content by identifying Clients' needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions – contribution in delivering Shareholder Analysis reports and support on ESG Advisory clients – and other Corporate Solutions; Contribute to the business development effort by preparing advisory pitches, reporting activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates) and participating in the preparation of marketing events and contents such as webinars, sectorial barometers…; Participate in meetings with Clients after a few months of training, based on the learning curve. Your profile Young professional with proven experience in the financial markets industry and strong academic credentials; Previous experience related to Equity Capital Markets and/or Investor Relations required (including investment banking, equity research, equity sales, equity trading, consultancy, in-house IR); Applicants with professional references will be prioritized; An interest in the Italian economic system would be a plus, willingness to strengthen knowledge of financial markets; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Italian knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn Italian). Additional languages are a plus; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural and complex environment, and to collaborate with colleagues; Solid understanding of and interest in capital markets; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail as well as project management skills; Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects; Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, ability to manage large amounts of data, knowledge of financial databases (e.g. Refinitiv, Factset, Bloomberg); Fast learner, pro‑active behaviour, and positive mindset; Strong abilities to perform research and build relevant intelligence on a wide set of quantitative and qualitative topics. Mandatory requirements Be 18‑28 by the day of the beginning of the mission; Be a citizen from the European Economic Area; Never having worked, lived, or paid taxes in Italy.
