**Job purpose**

Recordati is looking for an Analyst, with academic background in corporate finance / or previous experience in equity research, to support the Investor Relations team within the Group Investor Relations division, under the Finance department.

Recordati Investor Relations division provides support to key executives with the purpose of developing the Group's long-term business strategies, ensuring that the market has a comprehensive and continuous understanding of our strategic developments and nurturing an effective and constant communication with the international financial community.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide Key Executives (including CEO and CFO) with recommendations and key business and value insights for strategic decision making
- Preparation of long-term strategic business plans, coordinating inputs from multiple business functions
- Healthcare market and competitors monitoring, tracking key financial and non-financial metrics, supporting top-management strategic view
- Liaising with equity research sell-side analysts, monitoring company and peers valuation, financial estimates and share target prices through consensus modelling
- Drafting & market presentation of quarterly / yearly financial results (presentation, press release, annual / interim reports) and press releases for acquisitions, strategic plan, other financial topics
- Perform periodic analysis on the Company's performance in the capital markets
- Stock trends monitoring and analysis
- Financial and healthcare sector specific communication with major institutional investors, assisting in shareholding base analysis and investor targeting to foster the creation of a base of investors for the medium / long term
- Support in conference call and roadshows planning
- Preparing data and documents for publication in the Investor Relations section of the corporate website

**Required skills and experience**
- Bachelor degree + Master of Science in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management engineering
- Previous 1-3 years of experience as a sell-side / buy-side healthcare equity research analyst, investment banking, investor relations, business analyst in healthcare companies, credit agencies, audit, consulting in corporate finance or healthcare industry
- Academic background or previous experience in life sciences such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology will be a plus
- Thorough knowledge of financial statements / analysis, modelling and valuation and understanding of the capital markets, as well as key metrics for companies in healthcare industry
- Interest in healthcare industry, with good knowledge of pharmaceutical management and understanding of sales / marketing / pharmaceutical medical information
- Native English (fluent in spoken and written)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to carefully manage external relationships in the equity research and investor community
- High analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Main info providers (e.g. FactSet, Bloomberg, Eikon, Reuters / Refinitiv) will be a plus
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
- Availability for business travel
- Highly motivated, combining strategic thinking, hardworking attitude and attention to details
- Ability to work in team in a flexible and proactive way
