POSIZIONE: Site Manager – Impianti (Hard Services) Per un importante cliente corporate, ricerchiamo un Site Manager lato impianti, responsabile del presidio tecnico-operativo del sito e del coordinamento delle attività impiantistiche. La risorsa sarà il principale referente tecnico per il cliente, con responsabilità diretta sulla continuità operativa degli impianti e sulla qualità del servizio. RESPONSABILITÀ:Gestione e supervisione degli impianti tecnologici del sito (HVAC, elettrici, speciali, antincendio, utilities); Coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e correttiva; Gestione e supervisione di fornitori esterni e squadre manutentive on-site; Pianificazione degli interventi e monitoraggio del rispetto di SLA e KPI; Supporto tecnico al cliente per attività di ottimizzazione e miglioramento impiantistico; Verifica della conformità normativa e presidio degli aspetti HSE; Gestione della documentazione tecnica e reporting verso la struttura centrale; Interfaccia costante con cliente, facility / property management e project team.REQUISITI:Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, elettrica, energetica o affini); Esperienza pregressa come Site Manager, Technical Manager o Responsabile Manutenzione impianti; Solida conoscenza degli impianti tecnologici in ambito industriale o terziario strutturato; Capacità di coordinamento fornitori e gestione operativa del sito; Conoscenza delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza (D.Lgs. 81/08); Buone capacità organizzative, autonomia e orientamento al cliente.COSA OFFRIAMO:Inserimento in un contesto corporate strutturato e di alto profilo; Progetti continuativi in ambito facility management e impiantistica ⚙️ Inquadramento con CCNL Commercio – 14 mensilità + buoni pasto; Opportunità di crescita e sviluppo professionale; Ambiente dinamico, solido e orientato alla qualità del servizio.The world needs you AGAP2 promuove le pari opportunità e un ambiente inclusivo.
