Join to apply for the Manager Generale Operativo role at Sass Dlacia S.p.A.Sass Dlacia S.p.A., a hospitality company with three properties in the Dolomites and Marche regions (Camping Sass Dlacia, Ütia de Börz, and Le Fontanelle Countryhouse), is looking for a General Operations Manager to join the team, with a clear path for professional growth within the company.Reporting directly to the CEO, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing multi-site operations, ensuring consistency in standards, operational efficiency, and an excellent guest experience. They will act as a key point of reference for the property managers, supporting their professional growth and fostering a shared company culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate operations across all three properties, ensuring quality standards and brand consistency;Develop operational systems, procedures, and KPIs to monitor performance and achieve objectives;Support the growth of property managers and operational teams, promoting training and cultural development;Manage projects and continuous improvement initiatives with a constructive and collaborative approach;Contribute to the company’s strategic development, in line with the brand culture and focus on outdoor, mountain, and sports activities.RequirementsProven experience in growing hospitality properties, managing multi-site operations and diverse teams;Sensitivity to training, company culture, and customer experience;Ability to work with KPIs, clear objectives, and monitoring systems;Constructive attitude, positive leadership, and collaborative approach;Passion for outdoor activities, mountain sports, and lifestyle aligned with the company culture.Preferred qualificationsExperience in similar contexts, with an innovative approach and pragmatic operational management.We OfferIntegration into a growing company with a strong focus on quality and brand culture;Opportunity to contribute directly to multi-site strategic and operational development;Dynamic and stimulating environment oriented toward innovation and customer experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
