Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience to help customers and Sciex to further develop a strong partnership?Position Junior Service Admin Coordinator (f/m/d)Key ResponsibilitiesBasic collaboration with Field Service Engineers (FSE) requests. Acts as intermediary between customer, 3 party Vendors and Service EngineersLearns to apply company policies and procedures to quote processing, invoicing including coordination of all field service related tasksForster interpersonal skills to manage and resolve customer complaintsQualificationsHigh School diploma (A level), apprenticeship or equivalentWillingness to develop in a multicultural environmentC1 Level Language Skills (English + Italian)Preferred ExperienceOrder administration role, preferably in a fast-changing service environmentWorking with CRM System - Salesforce and OracleBenefits SCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
